ConPro Contracting delivered a new covered patio addition, including a gable roof extension tied into the existing roofline, dark-stained timber posts and beams, and a warm tongue-and-groove pine ceiling. The design was built around natural light and outdoor comfort, featuring skylights, recessed pot lights, and a ceiling fan for use well beyond summer. Shake-style siding in the gable and matching log-look siding on the walls help the addition blend with the home, while a clean concrete patio anchors the space with a durable finish.

Set among mature trees, the finished space offers room for lounge seating, outdoor dining, and Adirondack chairs, giving the home a lodge-style presence from the street.
