The build features a durable metal roof and siding, private balconies with exterior staircases on both ends, and a paved parking area to serve residents and staff. Built to a high standard from the ground up, the project reflects ConPro’s commitment to quality commercial construction — and to supporting the local arts community that makes the Huron Country Playhouse a cornerstone of small-town culture.
