Goderich Apartment Demo & New Build

This project began with a complete demolition and is now a modern, two-storey apartment building. The exterior is clad in vertical standing seam metal siding in a rich bronze tone, giving the building a clean, contemporary look that is also durable and low maintenance. A low-slope roofline with dark soffit and matching eavestrough and downspouts keeps the design sleek, and dark-framed windows add contrast.

The upper storey extends over a covered parking area, a smart use of space that gives residents sheltered parking and gives the building its distinctive profile. With the exterior complete, ConPro is now turning to the rest of the build.
